This White Paper, the first we created, aims to give individuals and institutions an overview of sustainability: its history, evolution and key terms associated with it, and to provide information on why acting sustainably is important for the future but also can help individuals and institutions to grow, be more resilient and save costs as well as creating nurturing and fulfilling environments for the community.

By the end of reading this paper, you will:

  • Understand what the concept of sustainability is and what are the main terms associated with it;
  • Realize why issues are interrelated and cannot be addressed in silos to tackle the current crisis;
  • Discover why tackling sustainability and climate issues is beneficial to you and/or your institution;
  • Identify leads to start and make a positive impact daily.
