In the above video, I explain my ideal vision for Esper’Ance in Action and how it creates the most value for all involved.

The first conceptualization of the vision is obviously a work in progress and bound to evolve but I think it is important to share it so people get a better understanding of where I am headed and how they fit in this.

Building this network will take time and requires a lot of various parties to embark on the journey. It will be extremely important to demonstrate at the onset the value added by Esper’Ance in Action and why this is needed in our County beyond the validation I have gotten so far through discovery interviews.

Collaboration is at the core of the success of this network and I am hoping to create a strong sense of belonging and ownership for the various stakeholders involved: hence, the importance of the membership model. I am also hoping that this model can be co-created with several like minded people and stakeholders so that it is resilient, sustainable and successful for years to come and serves the needs of our County.
